  • Get back on your bike: Coping with difficult situations
  • Training to win: Taking action to promote resilience
  • Practicing your aim: Maintaining your resilience under pressure

This course has been developed by ManageSport in conjunction and presented by Irem Mooney.

Irem is a High School and Primary School teacher and has held roles as head teacher wellbeing and is a qualified Mental Health 1st aider.
